1. Download the trial version file. (le620hse_up3120.zip 4666KB)
2. Download the sample file. (Sample_LE-620HS.zip, Sample_LE-610FS.zip)
3. Extract the downloaded file.
4. To install, execute setup.exe.
5. Start software, and open sample data (demo1.usl) extracted.
6. For information about opetation, read online help after starting software.
